The support and resources provided by TECVAYLI withMe are not intended to provide medical advice, replace a treatment plan you receive from your doctor or nurse, or serve as a reason for you to start or stay on treatment.

The TECVAYLI withMe program is completely free if you or a loved one has been prescribed TECVAYLI® for an approved, on-label use and are 18 or older.

A Care Navigator can help you…

  • Understand your disease and learn more about TECVAYLI®

  • Find health and wellness resources for living with cancer

  • Explore cost support options regardless of your insurance type

  • Find online or in-person peer-to-peer support

  • Connect with transportation-related services in your community

Care Navigators may be able to help you get connected to transportation assistance through independent organizations in your community. Availability of resources and eligibility are determined by these organizations.

On your first call, we will provide you with an overview of the program and learn more about your specific needs, like cost support. Next, you will get matched with your dedicated Care Navigator, who will assist with support needs along the way.

You can call your TECVAYLI withMe dedicated Care Navigator at 833-JNJ-wMe1  (833-565-9631), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET. Your Care Navigator will work with you to schedule regular check-ins, but you can also call them if you have additional needs or as questions come up.

Yes. You will be paired with a dedicated Care Navigator who will check in with you every now and then. They will be the person providing you with educational support and resources throughout your treatment journey during your check-in calls.

Yes. You may opt out of TECVAYLI withMe at any time, or simply ask for less frequent communication. If you no longer want to receive communications from us, you may opt out by contacting us at 833-JNJ-wMe1  (833-565-9631).
